- Provide technical support of Ag Leader systems for both domestic and foreign customers, dealers and Original Equipment Manufacturers.
- Troubleshoot precision farming hardware and software on farm and workshop settings.

- Manage all community development activities, infrastructure and maintenance requirements.
- Work in partnership with the elected Chairman and Community Council on all matters.
- Undertake all reporting for funding bodies and government organisations in a timely manner.

- Responsible for the implementation of a culturally unique The Way Back Support Service, an innovative suicide prevention service, to best support people for the three months immediately after a suicide attempt.
- Project management of a single contract worth $1.9 million with the Commonwealth of Australia as a direct result of a Senate Inquiry - all outcomes achieved within assigned timelines, under budget and achieved better than predicted outcomes for clients.
- Negotiated with the Commonwealth Government to secure additional funding, altered contracts and supervised service delivery to ensure government policy was implemented, as announced by the relevant minister.
- Consultancy support to $7 million p.a. of suicide prevention services across Australia with particular emphasis on implementation support, model fidelity and stakeholder engagement.
- Cultural Subject Matter Expert within the organisation to enable tailored programs for veterans and the Defence community.
